Making A Mark, a new traveling exhibition

Making A Mark, a new curated exhibit by Paul Baker Prindle, will be traveling Nevada through the NAC’s Nevada Touring Initiative (NTI). This exhibition addresses the history and practice of drawing by narrowing in on a few Nevadan artists for whom the mark is foundational. Here, the work of seven creatives speaks not only for the respective artists, but also for drawing itself. The exhibition features 18 pieces of art by Dennis Angel, Las Vegas; Galen Brown, Carson City; Gig Depio, Las Vegas; Miya Hannan, Reno; Eunkang Koh, Reno; Dennis Parks, Tuscarora; and Sidne Teske, Tuscarora.

Each NTI exhibit includes installation, insurance, publicity, gallery notes, and the cost is only $150. Interested in bringing an NTI exhibit to you community? Check out the availability dates on the NTI Schedule and fill out a NTI-application to reserve it.  Click here for more information about Making A Mark.
