The Lost City Museum contains three galleries inside of the museum:

The front room and admissions desk contains the original sun-dried adobe museum structure built in 1935. This gallery contains artifacts and exhibits on the daily life of the Ancestral Puebloans.

The Fay Perkins wing of the museum built in 1981, features an archaeological site excavated in the 1930’s Lost City Museum archaelogical dig. The Fay Perkins wing also contains displays on the CCC excavations of the original Lost City sites.

The Lost City Museum’s 1973 Gallery contains an exhibit “Southern Nevada Landscapes of Change” detailing the many changes in the region from the end of the last ice age to the modern age. A brand new exhibit is going up in this wing with examples of minerals and fossils from The Lost City Museum’s collection.

The museum has a small theater with two 15 minute introduction movies available to watch. The Lost City Museum also has exhibits on the museum grounds with a replica  pithouse and pueblo structure. A well stocked gift shop has many items for purchase including Native American jewelry, books and clothing.
